I was not going to mention this album as it seems to have had a huge amount of attention. Music blogs and Twitter have been flooded with positive reviews and Killer Mike and El-P have just toured across North America selling out huge venues. I felt this album did not need me to promote it but the thing is it’s a very good it’s hip hop and it’s free. That’s the sort of thing I like promoting.

Run The Jewels is El-P and Killer Mike. Two veterans of hip hop who are at the top of their game at the moment. Everything these two have done in the last 10 years has been great but it still seems like they get better with every release. This album is a little more planned than the original Run The Jewels which has made for a more solid album.

This is an album of hard hitting beats with hard hitting witty raps. El-P’s production is as always amazing. If you like rap music and have not already checked out this album it’s free from their website and is definitely worth a listen.
