Over time people will stop seeking out new music and just listen to their old favourites. I refer to this process as “becoming an old person.” I’ve definitely come close to that. Look at some of the bands I’ve reviewed over the past couple of weeks: Moist? The Verve Pipe? Jesus Jones? That’s definitely old-person music.
